  Youth Anger Management

 Anger does not have to negatively impact your relationships and career. With anger management classes, you can learn how to deal with your anger to improve the quality of your life and your relationships with others. A certified anger management professional can assist you in identifying the sources of your anger, unhealthy behaviors, and negative thoughts. To replace these negative thoughts and behaviors, you will learn techniques, healthy coping skills, effective communication skills, and conflict resolution skills. Learn to navigate without anger and learn how to identify your needs that lead into anger.

 Drug & Alcohol Awareness and Education

Course is intended to help participants understand the trauma of childhood socialization, the origins of Drug & Alcohol Dependency and the impact that it has on self, the family and society. This course will examine contemporary drug issues relevant to the use and abuse of drugs. Upon completion of the course the participants will be able to identify the social, emotional and cultural implications of drug use.

Course are ideal for MFT’s, LCSW’s, CAADAC, RC, Drug Counselors and all those who work with Drug & Alcohol clients, including youth.

Spousal Partner Abuse (Domestic Violence)

Domestic violence is defined as physical aggression against a family member, wife, husband, or child with the purpose of injury. Domestic violence includes abusive behaviors such as emotional abuse, which is an attempt to control or dominate, intimidate or stalk a partner or others in an intimate relationship.

Course is intended to help participants understand the different types of violence or mistreatment an individual may experience at the hands of a marital, common-law, former or same-sex partner.  The abuse may happen during a relationship or after it has ended.
