Michael is a Behavioral Specialist with over 20 years as a Probation Officer for the Los Angeles County, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a Masters of Art in Counseling Psychology from National University in Los Angeles, CA. Michael is a certified trainer in The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® HBDI Thinking Styles and a Training Provider for the State of California Board of State and Community Corrections workshop “Learning and Thinking Styles for Law Enforcement”

Alina is result-oriented, high-energy, hands-on professional, with a successful record of accomplishments in the medical field. As a National Certified Recovery Coach by CADAAC and with over eight years experience with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health she can assist you as a Life Coach, Recovery Coach and workshop facilitator. Alina is a Training Provider for the State of California Board of State and Community Corrections workshop “Learning and Thinking Styles for Law Enforcement”. Alina is also a certified Overeating Recovery coach. Alina has a strong experience in coaching, health and wellness, Life Transition, Career Advancement, Administrative duties, training and customer service with a focus on providing the recipient with the highest quality of professionalism as well as problem solving.
Alina is the co-founder and Program Director for The Final Step & The Needs Based Method® and is the facilitator for our Health & Wellness “Emotional Eating Process Group” and Chronic Illness support group for those who have been diagnosed with Hypertension, Diabetes or a Chronic Illness. Alina has over thirty years in various facets of the medical field. She knows from firsthand experience what it is like to have a loved one suffer with a chronic illness. She treats all of her clients with compassion and empathy and is committed in assisting them to live a healthier and longer life.
