Michael is a Probation Officer for the Los Angeles County Probation Department. For over 7 years, he was responsible for supervising a drug and alcohol offender caseload called Proposition-36 which consisted of over 500 clients at any given time. (Prop 36 was a law that was passed by the State of California in July of 2001 that stated anyone who is arrested for a narcotic offense would be sent to a treatment program as opposed to Prison or County Jail.)
Michael has Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a Masters of Art in Counseling Psychology from National University in Los Angeles, CA. Michael is a certified trainer in The HBDI Thinking Styles and a Continuing Education Provider by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Alina is result-oriented, high-energy, hands-on professional, with a successful record of accomplishments in the medical field. As a Certified Recovery Coach by CADAAC and with over eight years experience with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health she can assist you as a Life Coach. She is also certified in Overeating Recovery and is licensed as a Adult Residential Care Facility (ARCF) administrator in the State of California and a Continuing Education Provider by the Board of Behavioral Science. Alina is experienced in coaching, health and wellness, Life Transition, Career Advancement, administrative duties, training, quality assurance, and customer service with a focus on providing the recipient with the highest quality of information as well as problem solving.
Alina is the Program Director for The Final Step & The Needs Based Method(R) and is the facilitator for our Health & Wellness “Emotional Eating Process Group” and Chronic Illness support group for those who have been diagnosed with Hypertension, Diabetes or a Chronic Illness. Alina has over thirty years in various facets of the medical field. She knows from firsthand experience what it is like to have a loved one suffer with a chronic illness. She treats all of her clients with compassion and empathy and is committed in assisting them to live a healthier and longer life.
